To help you be more effective, Safeguard has developed SAFEPASS, a program designed specifically to help professional realtors show a home with greater ease and efficiency. Show your clients that you are an experienced professional who knows the community with your ability to enter any Safeguard gate with a mere swipe of your SAFEPASS proximity card.

With SAFEPASS, you will be able to:

• Reduce the time it takes to get into a community to show a new home.
• Demonstrate to your clients that you are well connected within the community.

SAFEPASS is simple:

• Register at our office for a personalized SAFEPASS proximity card - at no charge to you.
• Use this card to enter any Safeguard gated community - seven days a week - with a simple swipe of your card (HOA access restrictions may apply)
• Avoid the hassle of explaining to the guard who you are or having to use our call boxes to get access to the gated community.

SAFEPASS is exclusive:

Safeguard will be providing a SAFEPASS to the first 200 realtors who request one. Although the SAFEPASS is free, only professional realtors with current licenses in good standing qualify to carry one.
