Diamonds in the Desert

Scottsdale, Arizona - November 27, 2007

Safeguard recently announced the renewal of it's prestigious "Five Diamond Certification" for the third year in a row. The certification is awarded by the Central Station Alarm Association. There are approximately 2,700 central monitoring stations in the United States, which communicate and interact with the law enforcement, fire and emergency service agencies. Of this group, fewer than one hundred central stations have achieved the "Five Diamond Certified" status. Achieiving the renewal of this certification is a wonderful milestone for Safeguard's Secure Operations Center.

What this means to you, the Safeguard customer, is that you home or business is safe and secure, and the agents monitoring your system 24-hours a day are unsurpassed in traning and professionalism.

"This is an important recognition for Safeguard because it underscores our professionalism and commitment to the people and communities we serve," said Safeguard Chief Executive Officer John Jennings. "Our Secure Operations Center staff play a vital role in the safety and security of our clients. It's important that they be highly trained and capable of handling any situation that comes in. The Five Diamond Certification shows that Safeguard's staff operates at the highest standards.

The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) is a 56 year old non-profit trade association that represents the major burglar and fire alarm central monitoring stations. The Five Diamond Certification testifies that 100% of Safeguard's secure operations center agents have achieved proficiency and certification by passing either the CSAA Central Station Operator Training Course Level 1 or equivalent accredited course. These courses cover virtually all phases of central station communications with customers, law enforcement, fire and emergency services communications centers. This critical area of communications is the life-saving link between the residential and business properties and the law enforcement, fire and emergency services in local areas.

Five Diamond companies have demonstrated an exceptionally high degree of responsibility to their local community and their customers through the investment of time, money and commitment to 100% quality agent training. Safeguard continually strives for the highest levels of quality and customer service for you, our valued customers.
