Safeguard Provides Technology for Esplanade Place

Phoenix, AZ - March 29, 2003

Safeguard provided all low voltage technologies for the recently opened Esplanade Place Condominium high rise tower located south of the Phoenix Ritz Carlton. Safeguard was selected by Scottsdale developer Geoffrey Edmonds to design and install all of the complex technologies in the new 14 story 56 unit high rise complex in Phoenix. Safeguard's design and operations teams worked for two years to plan and install the building-wide systems including Fire Alarm, Closed Circuit Surveillance, Card Access with Biometrics, Data Network and Internet Distribution, Telephone Distribution and Satellite Direct TV Distribution. The Safeguard team also planned and installed the Office Telephone System, Media Room Theater and several other technologies. For the condominium units Safeguard provided Structured Wiring Systems, Individual Security Systems, Audio and Video Distribution Systems and a number of Custom Home Theater and Entertainment Systems.

During construction Safeguard worked closely with commercial general contractor McCarthy and electrical contractor Hatfield Reynolds to coordinate all aspects of the installation.

Following the construction Safeguard has been contracted by the Esplanade Place Homeowners Association to provide the building and unit High Speed Internet Access, Direct TV Entertainment and Security and Fire Alarm Monitoring from their UL listed facility in Scottsdale.
