Your Safeguard security system communicates critical information with our Monitoring Center via your telephone lines. When your security system detects a problem requiring service or an unauthorized entry or fire alarm, those signals are then sent to us and processed. But if those telephone lines are cut or the phone company has a problem in your area your system will no longer be able to communicate. Most everyone agrees that the quality of telephone service has declined over the last few years. Unfortunately most owners of security systems are not aware that the telephone lines are the most vulnerable part of the system.

The Solution

To solve this problem, Safeguard Security offers "Secured Monitoring" via our own private wireless radio network. The activation of Secured Monitoring becomes the primary mode of communication to our Monitoring Center and the phone lines can become the backup.
