Basic Service:

Includes:
• 24-Hour monitoring at our local U.L. listed Secure Operations Center
• Dispatch authorities - Police, Fire, Medical
• Notify your local representative in the event of an alarm
• The system will be monitored using Safeguard's exclusive wireless radio technology that eliminates the need for a phone line

Standard Response Service:

Includes "Basic Service" and adds:
•24-hour Key Holding with Knox Box*

•Lock-out service (additional fee per response)

•Security Patrol Officer Response

Response Plus Service:

Includes "Standard Response Service", plus:
•First Priority Patrol Officer Response

•Police will only be dispatched if required
•Lock-out service (no additional fee per response)

Elite - Full Service:

Includes "Response Plus Service" and adds:
• Vacation Services
(If you travel for business or pleasure, Safeguard will watch your home while you are away with daily perimeter checks, weekly interior inspections and mail holding services)

• Annual Test and Inspections (required by most cities)

• Platinum Maintenance Plan (includes full coverage)

* A Knox Box Key Vault is available for these levels of monitoring when we hold your house key. The Knox Box is a key holding unit mounted to your house that only Safeguard Patrol Officers can access when needed. There is a one-time fee associated for the installation of the Underwriters Laboratories listed key vault (call for details).
