At Safeguard Security & Communications, we’re dedicated to providing superior customer support that meets your specific needs. We operate our own 24-hour U.L. Listed Monitoring Center, and offer the following packages to monitor your system.

Fire Alarm Only (not including apartments):

Includes:
• 24-Hour monitoring at our local U.L. listed Secure Operations Center
• Dispatch appropriate authorities - Fire Department
• Verify customer with a password
• Notify your local representative in the event of alarm
• Telewatch Monitoring Service (24 hour timer test per code)
• Multiple fire panels (same site)
• System report over phone line only

Basic Security Commercial Service:

Includes:
• 24-Hour monitoring at Safeguard's Dispatch Facility
• Verify customer with a password
• Dispatch authorities - Police, Fire, Medical
• Notify your local respresentative in the event of alarm
• Telewatch Monitoring Service (24 hour timer test)

• Multiple fire panels (same site)
• Partitioned systems
• Able to track all users arming and disarming the system
• System report over phone line only

Standard Security Commercial Service:

(Available in Limited Service Areas)

Includes:
• All "Basic Commercial Service" features plus:
• 24-hour Key Holding (requires Knox Box*)
• Security Officer Response (fee for initial response)

Includes "Standard Service" and adds:
• Security Officer Response to all alarm events
at no charge

Secured Monitoring:

Safeguard offers Secured Monitoring via our own private wireless radio network which when installed to your security or fire alarm system becomes the primary mode of alarm communication from your system to our facility. Telephones then become the back up form of communication. Customer must subscribe to Basic Service or greater to qualify for this service.  Please call for details.

* A Knox Box Key Vault is available for these levels of monitoring when we hold your house key. The Knox Box is a key holding unit mounted to your house that only Safeguard Patrol Officers can access when needed. There is a one-time fee associated for the installation of the Underwriters Laboratories listed key vault (call for details).
